After looking at the selection I had some questions, after asking they were well knowledgeable about the product and gave me good insight on the gloves that would benefit me for cold riding."

"I love cycle gear. They people were very friendly and helpful. What made me frustrated was when I gave a gift only to find out when they opened it, the wires were taped back together... It looked as if it had been returned, electrical taped back up, and then sold to me. Just frustrated and hope they can accommodate this."
